Many government services can now be accessed through mobile apps. Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn how to navigate the Singpass app effectively and confidently:
• Identify common government services within the Singpass app
• Set up and manage your account
• Understand the apps' features and settings
• Retrieve personal information securely
• Complete digital government transactions conveniently
This workshop will also cover protecting your account with strong passwords and authentication features, identifying common online transaction scams, and ways to stay safe online.
About the SG Digital Office
The SG Digital Office (SDO), under the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), was established in June 2020, to drive the Government’s concerted push to accelerate digital adoption, by building on and ramping up existing efforts to equip individuals with digital skills as the society digitalises. Registration and Attendance
• Registration is required for this programme. Please register one ticket per person.
• Attendance will be taken using the NLB Mobile app. Please download the app ( https://go.gov.sg/nlbmobile-attendance ) or update it to the latest version. Then, scan the QR code at the venue to take your attendance upon entry.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. Seats may be released to walk-in participants if you arrive late.
