Boundaries help us protect our time, energy, emotions, and well-being while creating healthier, more authentic relationships. They are not about pushing people away, they are about communicating our needs clearly and respectfully, so we can stay connected to ourselves and to others.
Boundaries allows us to be more productive, more creative, and more present, while enjoying what we do instead of constantly feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin.
In this session, we'll explore how to recognize when a boundary is needed, understand what makes setting boundaries difficult, and practice communicating our needs in ways that strengthen rather than damage our relationships at work, at home, and in our friendships.
Boundaries don't limit relationships, they make healthy relationships possible.
