Lisbon Meditation Circle: Meditation in the Park

A meditation circle held in Parque Eduardo VII in Lisbon on Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM WEST. The session, conducted in English and open to all experience levels, includes sitting and walking meditations with basic instructions provided. Registration on the event's main list is mandatory, and a voluntary donation of 2 Euros is requested to support Meetup costs. Participants should bring a blanket or mat for sitting on the grass.
