Exponentially expanding market‑data volumes and uncompromising demands for ultra‑low‑latency, fault‑intolerant systems have rendered traditional development approaches obsolete. The same pressures now govern networking, databases, and analytics infrastructure stacks.
This talk introduces AI‑accelerated, model‑driven development, powered by protocol compilers that transform formal exchange specifications and internal system definitions into complete, production‑ready infrastructure.
By treating every protocol — market data, order entry, internal routing, broker interfaces, network transport, database schemas, and analytics pipelines — as a structured, navigable model, we can generate the entire software stack directly from the specifications. AI systems assist in validation and transformation, while protocol compilers enforce determinism and reproducibility.
Across trading firms, brokerages, exchanges, and any high-performance distributed system, protocol compilers now generate nearly the entire operational surface area: network telemetry, market‑data infrastructure, brokerage systems, analytics pipelines, database transforms, and internal routing logic. We will be opening doors for a social hour at 4:30 pm with pizza and drinks. The presentation will begin at 5:30. Some of us may be head out for a drink or two afterward, but this will be organized based on interest, night-of.
