Read. Listen. Connect. Looking for a different way to spend your Sunday in Barcelona? Welcome to Pages & Beats—an outdoor book club and reading community where books, music, and meaningful conversations come together. The goal is simple: to create a welcoming space where people can slow down, enjoy reading, discover new books, and build genuine connections. Whether you're into fiction, non-fiction, philosophy, biographies, poetry, fantasy, manga, or anything in between, you're welcome.

📖 What to Expect
📚 5:00 PM – Arrive & Read
Bring the book you're currently reading, find a comfortable spot in Parc de la Ciutadella, and enjoy an hour of uninterrupted reading surrounded by fellow book lovers. No assigned books. No pressure. Just time to read.
👋 6:00 PM – The Book Circle
We'll gather for a quick round of introductions. Simply tell us:
• Your name • What you're currently reading • Why you picked it • One book you'd recommend to everyone
It's a relaxed way to break the ice and discover new books and new people.
🎧 6:10 PM – Music & Conversation
As the music begins, the conversations flow naturally. I'll be playing a live DJ set featuring lo-fi, soul jazz, and soulful house while we chat about books, exchange recommendations, and enjoy the park together. There's no formal discussion—just good conversations inspired by what everyone is reading.
