About the event
We are now meeting this Saturday 10/3 at the Riviera Drive and Ponce de Leon Blvd launch pad in Coral Gables. Due to wind conditions of 9-11 mph, we will be best shielded from the wind at the Gables waterways canals off of Riviera Drive and Ponce de Leon.
Meet at Riviera Drive and Ponce de Leon on Saturday October 3, 2026 at 6pm at the kayak loading dock. Arrive at the entryway cross streets of Riviera Drive and Ponce de Leon Blvd where you may load your kayak and equipment. You may park one block away on the parking lot to the left of the loading area as you face US1, or on street parking.
Please bring your own equipment: kayak, paddles, life jacket, water shoes, kayak light. Nylon or polyester clothes are suggested for light attire. Mosquito repellent is recommended. You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing. There is no charge to join or paddle with us.
