Hi! Für alle die schon öfters bei unseren Anfänger Programmen mitgemacht haben und mehr wissen wollen gibt es jetzt auch eine Fortgeschrittenen Mediation damit wir unser Wissen über das Subtile System erweitern können. Natürlich wie immer vollkommen kostenlos. Und ihr braucht natürlich auch kein bestimmtes Gewand oder Yoga Matte mitbringen.
