Focus & Cognitive Flexibility: Staying sharp in a distracted world
About the event
In this interactive workshop, neuroscientist Dr. Cam Higgins and high-performance coach Veronica Mason will explore how to stay focused and adaptable in a world where our attention is constantly being pulled in different directions.
Drawing on the latest findings from their work together as Co-Founders of Onyx Neuro, Cam will unpack the neuroscience of focus and cognitive flexibility, including what happens in our brains when we’re constantly switching between tasks and demands, before Veronica makes this information applicable to everyday life through practical exercises designed to help you experience the difference that more intentional focus can make.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of how your brain works, along with practical tools you can use straight away to protect your attention and perform at your best.
Presenters Veronica Mason is a high-performance coach and speaker, helping business leaders harness their intuitive intelligence to make smarter decisions, increase revenue and grow sustainably - without the burnout. With a background in law at places such as Google and Baker McKenzie, the world’s largest global law firm, Veronica combines a sharp strategic lens with a holistic approach, showing leaders how to pair intuition with intellect for extraordinary results.
