How to Manage End-of-Life Planning with Ill or Reluctant Loved Ones
About the event
The challenge to get loved ones to plan ahead for end-of-life can be overwhelming. Especially when they are ailing, cognitively impaired or living with disease. And yet, the difference it can make for caregivers to know what a loved one wants and have all the right documentation and resources in place is monumental. It helps avoid the hours it can take to track down information needed for medical appointments and manage financial affairs.
We can help. In this workshop, Known Wishes will share the tools they use to navigate these sensitive conversations and pay forward the many great examples they’ve heard from families who have successfully overcome these challenges.
