The 3Cs: “Compassion, Connection & Community”
A monthly meetup for neurodivergent adults in Singapore; whether you have ADHD, Autism, or both (AuDHD), or are still figuring things out. Share experiences, build connections, and learn from others who truly get it.
Our monthly gatherings offer a safe space to share real stories, heal from challenges, and build lastings bonds, all rooted in the power of Compassion, Connection, and Community. We uniquely offer support from a lived experience perspective, tackling issues like masking, late diagnosis, and unique AuDHD struggles in the midst of Singapore’s culture.
Each session features peer-led panels, open discussions, and practical insights from ordinary people who are further along in their neurodivergence journey.
These sessions are open to adults with or exploring ADHD, Autism, AuDHD; allies are welcome. Arrive by 6.30pm for networking.
Note: Sessions may discuss sensitive topics (e.g. trauma, grief). Anonymity respected; sharing optional.
