We are looking forward to seeing you there! 🥰 ✨ Let the lively discussions continue! ✨ **Join us for our 7th OKR Meetup!** We’re excited to welcome you to TAM Akademie, an inspiring location that perfectly matches what our community stands for: fresh thinking, experimentation, and meaningful exchange. 🚀 This time, we’re diving into: **“Beyond the OKR Playbook: 3 Challenges and How We Cracked Them at the TAM Akademie”** OKRs look great on paper - but in practice, they often create confusion, friction or unrealistic expectations when applied too rigidly. In this session, we’ll share insights from 4 years of working with OKRs at TAM: the myths, mistakes and tensions we’ve seen - and what actually helped. Together, we’ll explore three common OKR beliefs, challenge some “golden rules” and discuss when it makes sense to adapt the framework instead of following the textbook.
