In this session, we’ll share insights from 4 years of working with OKRs at TAM: the myths, mistakes and tensions we’ve seen - and what actually helped. Together, we’ll explore three common OKR beliefs, challenge some “golden rules” and discuss when it makes sense to adapt the framework instead of following the textbook.
