Real Women is a monthly gathering where women come together to explore themselves through the body, reflection and honest conversation.
This month we'll be exploring boundaries.
Most of us know what the word means.
But do we recognise our own inner yes and no while they're happening?
Can we communicate them?
What happens when someone crosses one of our boundaries?
And how do we respond afterwards?
We'll begin the evening with a cup of ceremonial cacao, giving ourselves time to arrive, slow down and reconnect with our senses.
From there, Adri will guide us through a somatic practice inviting us to revisit moments when our boundaries felt unclear, crossed or left unspoken. Instead of analysing those experiences with the mind, we'll allow the body to show us what it knows and what might be possible now.
Afterwards, there will be time for journaling and an open conversation together.
We'll explore boundaries not only as a personal experience, but also through the ways they have been shaped by our upbringing, relationships and the culture we live in.
This is not about becoming harder or building stronger walls.
It's about recognising yourself more clearly.
Sometimes a clear no creates more connection than another automatic yes.
Please bring a journal and a pen.
The evening includes ceremonial cacao. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can adapt the preparation.
