About the event
We’ve booked an amazing accommodation for a BUMBUNTU Weekend Getaway! 🌿✨ Join us for 2 nights for a magical weekend surrounded by nature. I discovered this gem a few years ago, and was once again mesmarized by the beauty of Cape Town’s surroundings. When launching Bumbuntu I knew this was a place which i wanted to share with everyone. In 2023, we went on a weekend trip to McBains with a small crew. This time we’ve booked the entire accommodation and have space for 30 people.
Only a 1.5-hour drive from Cape Town, a beautiful scenic route through breathtaking landscapes will take you to the iconic Bainskloof Pass. Our home base for the weekend will be McBains Cabins, located at the summit of Bainskloof Pass. Expect a weekend filled with: 🌿 Relaxing in nature 🏊 Swimming 🥾 Hiking 🔥 Braaiing 🧘 Yoga 🎲 Games 🎶 And maybe… a little party 😉 It’s a true paradise! ✨ The starting point of the famous Bainskloof Waterfall hike is right at the accommodation, so adventure is literally on your doorstep. Bookings will open soon. There will be different accommodation options available, from private rooms to bunk beds and shared cottages. When bookings open, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to secure your spot. More details coming soon! 💛☀️
