Saturday Morning Pick-Up Bedstuy **9:00AM**

• Send $4-$6 by 8am Saturday for the permit ($2-$4 if you are sub). NO REFUNDS. *You can pay cash but make sure you arrive at the field by 9:00am*. • Turf shoes or flats ONLY. If you come with cleats, you will NOT play. • Arrive by 9:00am. Game starts at 9:15. • Pinnies will be given out at 9:10. *If you arrive after pinnies have been handed out,* you will lose your spot unless you pay before 8am *(scroll down for details).* • If you arrive after pinnies have been given out & you have not lost your spot to a waitlist player, you will play keeper for your first 15min. • Game ends AFTER 11:45am (*we do 3-4 water breaks*). • If you cannot make it to the game, please change your status to ‘NOT GOING’ by Friday 10:00pm (*7am Saturday the latest*). This will give waitlist players ample notification time to see that they’re in the game. • If you’re on the waitlist, check the RSVP list until 7:01am Saturday in case you get in. If you can’t make it, PLEASE change your waitlist status to ‘NOT GOING’ by Friday 11:00pm (7am Saturday the latest). • *If* you are a no-show, or change your RSVP to ‘NO’ *after 7am Saturday*, or *leave the game before it ends*, you will be *suspended for 1 month OR 2 games* (you must be on the RSVP list on Wednesday for 2 games to serve the suspension). • *Suspension for inclement weather is 6 weeks OR 3 games.* • *If you’re new to this group, make sure to confirm your attendance by sending a message to Samson by Friday 8pm* (check your meetup msgs).

*For those that pay BEFORE 8am Saturday*: if you come late & a waitlist player has taken your spot, you will be able to get your spot back 30min after kickoff OR 30min AFTER YOU ARRIVE (if you arrive after kickoff).

*For those that pay AFTER 8am Saturday*: if you come late & a waitlist player has taken your spot, you have lost your spot & the $ you sent can be used for your next game. NO REFUNDS!

*If you arrive after pinnies have been given out* *& you have not lost your spot to a waitlist player, you will play keeper for your first 15min.*

I urge that everyone arrive on time. If you arrive later than 9:00 & haven’t paid before 8am, whoever is there before you will take your spot. No exceptions. Even if they are not on the list and you are marked as attending. If you are not there when the pinnies are being handed out, you risk the chance of losing your spot to whoever is there before you. I hope you understand this policy is intended to get us started on time and not waiting around for people.

Sign up opens on Wednesday night at 8pm, so be quick on the trigger.

• 9 versus 9

• Turf or flat shoes only (NO cleats)

• Dark & white shirts OR Red & Neon Green shirts (our bib colors are RED & NEON GREEN)

• Great attitude

Thanks
