Journey into Breath. Join us for journey into the transformational power of the breath at the beautiful Greenhouse at Rocklands Health Centre in Constantia on Monday 24 August 2026. Within this space, surrounded by nature, be guided through a Conscious Breathwork Journey, followed by a gentle and restorative Sound Bowl Bath, held by Olivia Moon. Using the powerful practice of Conscious Circular Breathing, we will journey deep within to clear, cleanse and shift your vibrational frequency, allowing you to align with the truth of who you are. The Breathwork Journey will conclude with a healing Sound Bowl Bath, realigning and restoring harmony and balance within your energy field. This practice helps us to cultivate a sense of bliss, release any stuck emotions and stories, and invite in lightness of being and powerful insights to carry with you well beyond the event. A grounding Ayurvedic Moonmilk will be served afterwards. Please bring a journal and pen, something comfortable to lie down on (thin mattress or yoga mat with a thick blanket on top), a warm blanket to cover yourself with, a pillow and an eye mask if you have one.
