About the Event
In a world that often keeps us moving fast, *Conscious Conversations* offer a space to pause, reflect, and connect more deeply—with ourselves and with others. In this session, we gently open a conversation on death and impermanence—topics that are often avoided, yet deeply meaningful when approached with care and awareness. Drawing on insights from the Buddhist tradition, we explore how reflecting on impermanence can bring greater clarity, appreciation, and presence into our lives. Guided by mindfulness and compassion, this evening invites open and respectful dialogue. You are welcome to share, to listen, or simply to be present. Everyone is welcome—whether you are new to these ideas or already exploring them in your own way.
Your Teacher
Venerable Khadro brings years of experience teaching Buddhist philosophy and meditation in the tradition of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Her clear and practical approach makes profound teachings accessible and relevant to everyday life.
