💫 Dark Fantasy Craft Night: Counterspell pop-up at Love & Legends Books
About the event
Join Counterspell Games at Love & Legends Books, as we kick off crafting in spooky season with a dark fantasy twist! We've created a craft night inspired by the vibes of Labyrinth, The Last Unicorn, and Legend. Spend the evening off your screen and step into our magical fantasy world.
🎨 Paint a LEGEND-ary TTRPG mini Jack and Princess Lili need your help! Jack is retiring, and a new hero must be named to protect the forest. Choose and paint one of our minis to take on this great honor! ("Mini painting" is the hobby of hand-painting small figurines used in tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs) to help visualize a character's movement.) 🦄 Mold the Last (clay) Unicorn Surely not the last? Use our air-dry modeling clay to mold a pocket-sized miniature unicorn! We'll provide the tools and printed reference art you need to make a tiny version of this magical creature. Keep her on your desk or dresser at home for a bit of extra luck! 🔮 Paper craft a portrait from Labyrinth We'll cut paper into shapes to create a portrait of a Labyrinth character of your choosing! Will you select our much-beloved Goblin King Jareth, Sir Didymus, Ludo, or Sarah? Printed reference art will be available as you go! ✨ Your ticket includes one Legend-ary mini, one clay last unicorn, and one paper Labyrinth portrait! We'll also provide you with a protective sleeve for your paper crafts, and a container to take your painted mini safely home with you:) Never rolled a D20 before? No worries! This is a great opportunity to explore the world of tabletop games for a spell. And if you regularly play TTRPGs like D&D or Daggerheart, we hope the evening inspires you for your next adventure.
