Products Are Easy, People Are Hard
About the event
Join ProductTank DC for an evening exploring the human side of Product Management with Ellen Loeshelle, Head of Software and UX at Vestaboard
We often talk about product management in terms of products, processes, roadmaps, and metrics — but being an effective PM is just as much about navigating relationships, leading through change, and understanding the people behind the work.
In this talk, [Ellen Loeshelle](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ellen-loeshelle/) will share lessons from her own product leadership journey, including leading through an acquisition, managing and developing people in product, and navigating the ways that major life experiences can shape a career.
We’ll explore how relationships and personal experiences influence our ability to lead, collaborate, make decisions, and build sustainable careers in product. Whether you’re just starting out in product, exploring a career in PM, or are an experienced product leader, come hear real stories and practical lessons from Ellen’s journey.
