We are excited to announce that we are finally back to hosting physical KTV sessions following the relaxation of COVID-19 measures! Due to the closure of many KTV joints and rising costs, we have secured only 12 rooms—4 large and 8 medium—accommodating a total of 68 people. **Event Details:** • **Date:** 22 Aug 2026 (Saturday) • **Time:** 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM • **Venue:** Teo Heng KTV at Kallang Wave Mall • **Cost:** $12 per person
To minimize contact, we will only accept payments via PayNow, DBS PayLah, and Google Pay. Payment collection will take place on 14 Aug & 15 Aug 2026 via Google Form [https://forms.gle/upfuVLisPK8mnEmv6](https://forms.gle/fmmXxJADPrfQ7RbC8)
**Important Points:** 1. **RSVP Responsibility:** Please be responsible for your RSVP, as others may be keen to join but unable to get a slot. 2. **No Refund Policy:** Once payment is made, no refunds will be entertained. However, if a replacement is found, a refund will be provided. 3. **Payment Deadline:** Please make payment by the stated dates to confirm your spot. If payment is not received by the due date, your place will be given to others on the waiting list. No reminders will be sent for non-payment. If payment is defaulted 3 times, the participant will be removed from the group. 4. **Contact Information:** Please provide your contact number so that payment information can be shared with you. 5. **Health Advisory:** If you are unwell on the event day, please do not attend and inform the organizer. 6. **Waiting List:** If the event is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and called upon when someone withdraws. 7. **Song Rotation:** Each participant is allowed one song at a time by rotation. Kindly ask for permission before inserting your song. 8. **Quiet Hours:** Note the quiet hours of the group chat from 11 PM to 7 AM. Additionally, there are quiet hours from 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays as most of us are working. 9. **PDPA Compliance:** Exchange numbers during the event to keep in contact. You will be removed from the WhatsApp group if you obtain numbers without permission. Event participation is through Meetup and Facebook. 10. **Replacement** Should you be unwell or unable to attend the KTV event, the organisers will do our best to find a replacement. This will be up to the day before the event.
