How to sell yourself better ...without becoming someone you're not.

For coaches, counselors, mentors, consultants, and other independent professionals who help people for a living.

Yet sooner or later, most people in the helping professions face the same questions: How do I communicate the value of my work without feeling uncomfortable? How do I attract the right clients without sounding pushy? How do I talk about fees without feeling guilty?

This afternoon is about freedom — not freedom from marketing, but freedom from the unconscious beliefs that quietly shape how you see yourself, your work, money, success, rejection, and your own value.

Beliefs such as: *"I'm not good enough yet."* *"I don't want to bother people."* *"Talking about money isn't spiritual."* *"If they say no, it means something about me."* *"I need one more qualification before I'm ready."*

Like a fish that doesn't notice the water it swims in, we rarely notice the assumptions shaping our thoughts, emotions, and decisions. We simply experience the consequences: we hesitate, we undercharge, we stay invisible — and then conclude what we need is another marketing course. Perhaps what we really need is freedom.

What to expect: Together, we'll gently uncover the unconscious beliefs shaping how you present yourself, talk about money, and relate to visibility and rejection — through reflection, guided questions, and honest conversation with others who know exactly what this feels like. This isn't a workshop about sales techniques. It's an invitation to see the invisible.

Selling without selling. Learning to talk about what you offer — and ask for what it’s worth — without pressure, performance, or becoming someone you’re not.

Among the questions we'll sit with:

• What must I believe about myself, my work, or selling for talking about what I offer to feel so uncomfortable? • What invisible beliefs have quietly shaped my professional life — perhaps even for years? • And how can I begin to let go of the ones that no longer serve me?

Because the moment we become aware of the prison, the prison begins to lose its power. Selling becomes sharing. Marketing becomes an invitation. And attracting the right clients becomes less about convincing others — and more about expressing, with clarity and authenticity, who we truly are.
