The Next Business Ownership Revolution

How can businesses stay robust and contribute positively to society over time? Ownership is one of the most important decisions business owners will make. Ownership is a key determinant for whether and how businesses can maintain their independence and remain purpose driven over time, like for example Patagonia, Bosch and Novo Nordisk.

This side event is designed to help founders, leaders and investors discover how ownership structures are a tool with more diversity than we often think of, whether it is Steward Ownership, employee ownership or others.

This Oslo Innovation Week side event is hosted by:

TEND - Regenerative Business Lab, working on deep design of business structures.

and

PURPOSE® GROUP works to explore Steward Ownership and make it accessible to companies, entrepreneurs and investors worldwide.
