**Pranayama: Traditional Breathwork** Every Monday, we will gather to practice Pranayama, a traditional breathing technique that helps control your breath and mind. It is the fourth limb of the eight limbs of yoga, after Yama, Niyama, and Asana. We'll explore various pranayama techniques in a supportive, accessible environment.
