An hour to actually *reset*! Friday Reset Circle is an in-person gathering for people who want to close out the week with their nervous system with some breathwork & meditation. **Who this is for:** * Anyone curious about breath-work and meditation (beginner or experienced are welcome) * People looking for a consistent, in-person community around wellbeing **What to expect:** * A warm, judgment-free room of like-minded people * Real pranayama techniques rooted in the yogic tradition * Quiet time to sit together, something most of us don't get enough of * Optional light sharing at the end for those who want to connect **What to bring:** Comfortable clothes you can sit and breathe in, a water bottle, and an open mind. **No experience necessary.** If you can breathe, you can practice.
