A gentle 90-minute flow of sound, sky dancing and SAUNA. Through music, breath and free movement, we soften the mind's grip, awaken the senses and make space for the instinctive, sensual and joyful self.Rooted in tantric principles of presence and embodied awareness, this is a space to move without performance, feel without judgement and reconnect with the simple aliveness of being here.No choreography. SAUNA: Infrared sauna pod Step into the gentle warmth of the infrared sauna — a moment to turn inward, unwind and simply receive.Allow the warmth to envelop you as you slow down, soften and reconnect with your body.
