Join Neil Chan for an hour of a sing along session, where music becomes a language of connection and inclusivity. Participants can look forward to singing timeless English and Chinese classics from 50s-90s.
Memories Café is a programme initiated by Dementia Singapore dedicated to engaging persons with dementia and their caregivers through performing arts. This programme features sing-along sessions, drumming, dance and movement sessions led by community artists, volunteers, and staff from Dementia Singapore. Memories Café is supported by Keppel.
About the Facilitator
Neil Chan is a solo fusion fingerstyle guitarist, blending traditional music cultures with modern techniques. His work focuses on cultural diversity and community outreach, using interdisciplinary art forms such as visual art and spoken word alongside music to share the lived experiences of everyday individuals.
