Program Details

• Format: Classes encompass various yoga styles and techniques, led by experienced instructors who guide participants through poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. • Location: Sessions are held at the Philadelphia Ethical Society(1906 Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, PA) at 10:30 AM on Saturday mornings. • Community-Building: Beyond physical practice, yoga at Stonewall Sports - Philadelphia fosters a sense of community and well-being, encouraging participants to connect with others and cultivate a positive mindset. Join us for our monthly yoga brunches - or just grab an impromptu coffee (or green tea) with someone you meet at practice!
