Group strength training class in the park - we provide the weights and coaching for your form and focus. Start that strength training routine you KNOW you need to add to your lifestyle and do it with us - we make it fun, accessible and safe!!

Show up with your mat and towel and we bring the weights. Full body lifting class with weights from 5lb to 20lb so you can start where you are and get stronger with us!!
