Join us for a special afternoon inside [LACMA’s new David Geffen Galleries](https://www.lacma.org/?utm_source=luma), where we’ll experience the museum’s collection through the creativity, stories, and influence of women artists.
In partnership with [ArtMuse LA](https://www.artmusela.com/?utm_source=luma), we’ll go beyond simply looking at the art with an intimate, expert-led private tour. Together, we’ll uncover standout works, fascinating stories, and fresh perspectives while exploring how women have challenged conventions, shaped artistic movements, and made their mark across generations.
This is more than a first look at LACMA’s newest galleries—it’s a chance to experience them with context, conversation, and a fresh point of view. Guided by ArtMuse LA, we’ll explore a thoughtfully selected group of works while putting the women behind the art at the center, uncovering the stories, ideas, creative risks, and fascinating details we might otherwise walk right past—from celebrated names to exciting new discoveries.
And because an art-full afternoon is even better over a great meal, we’ll begin with an optional group lunch at [Fanny’s](https://fannysla.com/?utm_source=luma) at the Academy Museum—a chance to meet, mingle, and connect before walking over to LACMA together.
Whether you know LACMA inside and out or are simply curious to see what’s new, this is an opportunity to experience the museum differently: more intimate, more engaging, and through a distinctly Women of Culture lens. Come curious. Leave inspired—with a few new favorite artists and plenty to talk about. Why You’ll Love This
