What better way to spend your morning than a yin yoga nervous system reset, helping to build your resilience for the rest of the week.
*What is it?* This is a space for those who want to find a little calm in their lives, through the restorative practice of yin yoga. Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, yin is a slower paced yoga where postures are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing a deep release of the connective tissues and calming of the mind.
The structure will incorporate techniques such as breathwork, physical postures and meditation to develop transferable skills that can enhance your everyday life.
*Who's it for?* Come as you are, these functional classes are suitable for all levels and include variations to meet you where you're at, because one size does not fit all.
*Bet, what do I need?* Please bring a mat, any props that you wish to use and a smile for extra points (not mandatory). 😊🦋✨
