High Beginner–Intermediate Tennis Practice \| Small Group 🎾

Join us for a focused tennis practice session in Tokyo for high beginner to intermediate players. This is not just a casual match meetup. We will practice in a small group so everyone can hit plenty of balls, work on their game, and receive useful technical and tactical feedback.

What we’ll do

Depending on the group, the session may include:

• Warm-up and rally practice • Groundstroke and volley drills • Serve and return • Movement and positioning • Point-based exercises • Singles / doubles match play • Technical and tactical feedback

The exact session will be adjusted depending on the number and level of players.

Level

High Beginner–Intermediate You do not need tournament experience. This session is suitable for players who can:

• Rally several balls consistently • Serve from the baseline • Return and play basic points • Understand basic tennis scoring and rules

If you are completely new to tennis or have never played points before, this session may be a little difficult. If you are unsure about your level, feel free to send me a message before joining.

About the coach

I am a tennis coach and former competitive player based in Tokyo. I spent several years training and competing in Serbia and Spain, and I have coached more than 200 players. My goal is to create a relaxed but focused environment where you can enjoy tennis, meet other players, and improve your game.

Language

English & Japanese International players are very welcome. You can also join alone — many participants will be meeting for the first time.

Location

Ariake Tennis Park, Tokyo 有明テニスの森公園 Detailed court information will be shared with participants.

Please bring

• Tennis racket • Tennis shoes • Water / sports drink • Anything else you normally need for tennis

初中級〜中級向け 少人数テニス練習会 🎾

東京で行う、初中級〜中級プレイヤー向けの少人数テニス練習会です。 単に集まって試合をするだけではなく、一人ひとりがしっかりボールを打ちながら、自分のプレーを改善できる練習を行います。 必要に応じて、技術面・戦術面のアドバイスやフィードバックも行います。

練習内容

参加人数やレベルに合わせて、以下のような内容を取り入れます。

• ウォームアップ・ラリー • ストローク・ボレー練習 • サーブ・リターン • フットワーク・ポジショニング • ポイント形式の練習 • シングルス／ダブルスのゲーム • 技術・戦術面のフィードバック

当日の参加人数やレベルによって、練習内容は調整します。

対象レベル

初中級〜中級 大会経験は必要ありません。 以下を一つの目安としてください。

• 数球以上のラリーができる • ベースラインからサーブが打てる • リターンや簡単なポイント形式のプレーができる • 基本的なテニスのルールやスコアを理解している

テニスを始めたばかりで、まだポイント形式でプレーしたことがない方には少し難しい内容になる可能性があります。 自分のレベルが合っているか分からない場合は、参加前に気軽にメッセージしてください。

コーチについて

東京を拠点に活動しているテニスコーチで、元競技選手です。 セルビアとスペインで数年間トレーニングや試合経験を積み、これまで200人以上のプレイヤーを指導してきました。 リラックスしてテニスを楽しみながら、しっかり練習して上達できる時間を作ることを目指しています。

言語

英語・日本語どちらでも対応可能です。 外国人の方も歓迎します。 一人での参加も問題ありません。初対面同士で参加される方も多いので、気軽にご参加ください。
