We'll be watching the 3:15pm showing on Saturday, Sept 25th at the Boston Alamo Drafthouse in the Seaport district. Afterward, we'll enjoy a picnic (of sorts) at the green space on the lawn near the ICA Museum.
Description: Haru (affectionately called Ha-Chan) shares a passionate life and dance partnership with her husband Luis (Alejandro Edda). His sudden death guts her passion for both dance and life.
Months later, her eccentric sisters coax her back out of her self-imposed isolation and into the local dance world.
Back at the studio, Haru develops a chaotic and passionate infatuation with a dashing new dance instructor named Fedir (Alberto Guerra).
The film blends vibrant, whimsical musical and fantasy sequences—dealing with grief, memory, and the complex guilt of moving on—before building to an optimistic and joyful conclusion.

We are going to the Saturday 3:15PM (Sept. 25th) show. This film is English with a run-time of 2 hours 2 minutes. Seating at the Boston Alamo Drafthouse is assigned and you may pre-purchase tickets [HERE](https://tickets.fandango.com/mobileexpress/seatselection?row_count=564014936&mid=247055&chainCode=ALAM&sdate=2026-09-26+15%3A15&tid=AAYXQ&route=map-seat-map). We will be seated in the row 400 (my seat # is 404).
*IMPORTANT:* The Alamo Drafthouse has a no-admittance policy for lateness. If you arrive to the theater 5 minutes past the schedule start time (3:15PM) you will NOT be allowed to enter the auditorium and will either be refunded your ticket purchase or may choose to see another film.
2:45PM: Meet at the Alamo Drafthouse entrance (3rd floor, top of the escalators)
3PM: Get seated.
3:15PM: Film starts. Run time is 2 hr. 2 min.
5:30PM: Head over to grab your dinner. You have the option of picking up your food (take-out option) at any of the nearby establishments. You can also pool an order for a take-out order at [Pressed Cafe.](https://www.pressedcafe.com/) If you choose the latter option, I will reach out those that RSVP'ed closer to the event date to finalize your order.
6PM: Re-convene at the [Harborfront lawn space](https://www.pressedcafe.com/) adjacent to the ICA Museum to chat and enjoy food on an early fall evening.
