Writing a novel? Need structure, support, and a reason to keep going when motivation dips? Join our Novel Accountability Group (NAG), a monthly gathering for writers serious about finishing their manuscript, one page at a time.
Each session offers a blend of inspiration, craft, and accountability:
▪️Craft talks on essential topics like character, plot, tension, dialogue, and revision
▪️Writing exercises to stretch your creativity and explore your story
▪️Discussions on process, habits, breakthroughs, and challenges
▪️Intention-setting and goal check-ins to keep you moving forward
▪️Feedback circle (non-critique style) for support and story-storming
▪️Resource exchange and optional homework to deepen your writing practice
Whether you're mid-draft or just getting started, NAG is here to help you stay focused and make meaningful progress, with a community that understands the journey. If your novel still only exists in your head, this group might not be the best fit just yet. But don’t worry; you’ve got the summer to get started. Ideally, participants should have written at least three to five chapters of a first draft by the time we begin. It doesn’t need to be perfect; rough is fine.
*Sessions will be held in English, but your novel does not have to be written in English. This is not a feedback group in the traditional sense, we focus on novel structure, support, motivation, and accountability rather than critiquing of individual texts.
