This is more than a traditional yoga class.
Join us for a holistic outdoor movement session combining functional yoga, mobility, fascia-focused movement, animal-inspired patterns, balance, coordination and elements of neuro-athletic training.
We will explore how movement, breath, the nervous system and body awareness work together to improve mobility, strength, focus and overall well-being.
The session is suitable for all levels. You do not need to be flexible or experienced—movements can be adapted to your individual level.
We may finish with a short practical discussion about recovery, fascia health, nutrition or other factors that support the body beyond exercise.
Please bring:
a yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing and an additional layer for the end of the session.

Jesuitenwiese, Prater. The exact meeting point will be shared with registered participants before the event.
The session will be held mainly in English and German.
In case of heavy rain, the event will be postponed or cancelled.
