Soul Sessions Open Practice is a free and open dance training session for all styles, levels, and ages, held every Sunday from 16:00 to 18:45 at Sentralen's Gymsalen. A practice monitor is present to play music and offer guidance, and the event provides an opportunity to dance, learn from others, and connect with the dance community.
