About the event

Annouchka de Andrade will share the political context of Sarah Maldoror’s work, artistic choices and intimate elements that go deeper into the poetic world of her mother’s films. The event will include screenings of a brief portrait of Joan Miró, a filmed performance piece featuring Louis Aragon reading a text by Jean Ristat, and a portrait of Guyanese poet and politician Léon-Gontran Damas.
