Women's Cacao Ceremony: Wisdom of the Heart

An intimate women’s cacao circle exploring connection, intuition, and the wisdom held within the heart.
We live so much of our lives in our minds — analyzing, planning, questioning, and trying to figure out what comes next. The Wisdom of the Heart is an invitation to step out of that noise for an evening and reconnect with another way of knowing. Gathered in an intimate circle of women, we’ll share ceremonial cacao and explore what becomes possible when we slow down, soften, and listen inward. We’ll create space for meaningful connection — to be witnessed, share authentically, and experience the nourishment of gathering with other women.
Through cacao, guided embodiment, gentle breathwork, reflection, and intentional connection, participants will be invited to deepen their relationship with their own hearts and uncover a deeper intelligence and wisdom from within. The heart contains a complex network of approximately 40,000 neurons and is in constant communication with the brain. This evening invites us to explore what it means to listen to the heart — and allow intuition, feeling, and our deeper knowing to guide us.
