This is a first class!
Throughout the year, we will work into the first part of Form 108, which is an essential foundation for beginners. We begin with gentle stretching and some preparatory exercises, then we will work in detail on the first movement of the form. We practice partner exercises, which are an essential part of our school: if you wish to avoid contact with your partner, please let me know at the beginning of class. We finish the class with Qigong, the posture for regaining calm.
What to Bring: • Comfortable clothing & flat shoes. • A water bottle • An open mind \! 👉 Just turn up or bring a friend
