Equilibrium: A Fall Equinox Sound Ritual
About the event
Guided reflection, intention setting and an immersive sound journey mark the fall equinox with a sunset gathering on the beach at 1 Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach. The session takes place Tuesday, September 22 and is led by Sabrina of KANEKSHUN, using sound, meditation and a symbolic shell ritual to reflect on balance, transition and the start of a new season.
The experience invites participants to consider what they want to nurture, release or carry forward as the season shifts, with the oceanfront setting incorporated into the ritual. The program combines inward reflection with a communal sound-based practice rather than a traditional fitness or meditation class.
The event is complimentary for 1 Hotel guests, 1 Club members and residents ages 21 and older, subject to availability.
