About the Event
A pill for the heart. Another for blood pressure. One before meals, one after. Sound familiar?
As we grow older, managing multiple medications can quickly become overwhelming — and taking them incorrectly can have serious consequences for our loved ones' health and wellbeing. But it doesn't have to be complicated. With the right knowledge and a few practical strategies, medication management can become a safe and stress-free part of daily life.
Join us for an eye-opening session where you'll pick up simple, practical tips to help your elderly loved ones take their medications safely, correctly, and with confidence. Whether you're a caregiver, a family member, or simply planning ahead, this session is designed to give you the tools and peace of mind you need. Because when it comes to the health of those we love, every pill counts.
Jointly brought to you by the National Library Board and Bedok Polyclinic.
