✨ A Clear Quartz Guided Meditation
Join me for a gentle crystal meditation and a cosy afternoon together in the park. We’ll begin by arriving, having a cup of tea and getting to know the clear quartz stone that will accompany you during the session. I’ll share a little about its traditional meaning and ways of working with it before guiding you through a meditation with the stone. The meditation will be a quiet space to slow down, connect with yourself and simply notice what arises — sensations, images, thoughts or feelings. No previous experience with crystals or meditation is needed. Afterwards, we’ll have some time to sit together, enjoy tea and snacks, and share our experiences if you feel like it. Each participant will receive their own clear quartz tumble stone with a small card to use during the meditation and take home afterwards. ✨
