Just Walk #25

Just Walk Lisbon is a small walking group for women who want to build a consistent, healthy walking habit in a calm and supportive environment. The focus is on *gentle accountability*, and *repetition* — joining regularly, as your schedule allows, to make walking a simple and sustainable part of your weekly routine.

This walk follows a calm riverside route starting with Passeio do Tejo and continuing along the Percurso Ribeirinho de Loures — a quiet, open stretch with wide views and fresh air. There are always people walking, jogging or cycling on the route, but never crowded.
