About the event
This meditation take place in the beautiful space of the Vienna Atelier of Traditional Art on the Friday evening of every month🌿
In autumn the focus lies mainly on chanting together, like in a singing circle and some light meditations and (body-) awareness practices in the beginning and end of the evening:
Structure:
• Effortless movement and sensing deep into the inner field of the body
♒︎ Chanting mantras and singing medicine songs
ॐ Guiding attention to release and rest in the open space of awareness _
The fee for the event is €12 (€10 reduced) No prior experience needed! Light snacks and drinks are available during the breaks: )
