Let's Dance Boston - Salsa Night
About the event
When the claves and the cowbells set the beat, and the horns join in, you won’t be able to resist joining the fun! Let’s Dance Boston steps off with an evening of energetic live salsa music. Johnny Giraldo from Allston’s Salsa y Control studio leads a dance lesson before Angel Subero & Latin Logic take the stage while you dance the night away!
5PM -- Meet at \[High Street Place Food Hall\](High Street Place) to get some fuel for the dancing! (There may be food trucks there as well.)
6PM Meet at The Rose Greenway, Dewey Square
• 6PM - 6:45PM Salsa Lesson • 7PM - 8:30PM Live band and DANCING!
*This event is FREE. You do not need a partner, just come and be ready to dance!* Bring your water bottle and fill it up at the free City of Boston water truck! Night Shift on the Greenway, at the corner of Summer Street and Surface Road, will be pouring beer, wine, seltzer, and non-alcoholic options until 8PM.
*There will be 5 nights of dancing sponsored by Vivo Performing Arts. They are a great local arts organization to support.There will be Salsa, Latin Afro-Caribbean, Hustle, Lindy Hop and Soul Line Dancing.
