Breathwork, gentle movement, meditation and immersive sound come together during an evening gathering on the Ocean Terrace at 1 Hotel South Beach. Taking place Monday, October 26, Full Moon Sound & Social is led by Sabrina of Kanekshun and uses the October full moon as a setting for a guided wellness practice focused on grounding and reflection.
Sabrina will lead participants through intentional breathing, movement and meditation before transitioning into an extended sound experience. The program concludes with a social gathering designed to give attendees time to connect and meet others after the session.
The event is complimentary for 1 Hotel guests, 1 Club members and 1 Homes owners ages 21 and older, subject to availability. Other guests may purchase tickets in advance. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
