Agnès Varda – The Nouvelle Vague and its Reflections

As part of the Grande Retrospetiva Agnès Varda, Cinema Medeia Nimas presents the cycle 'Reflexos da Nouvelle Vague' from July 24 to September 5, 2026. The program features works by directors who influenced the Nouvelle Vague, such as Renoir, Bresson, Rossellini, Nicholas Ray, and Tati, along with films by Godard, Rohmer, Rivette, Chabrol, Rozier, and Truffaut. It also includes works by contemporaries like Jacques Demy, Jean-Pierre Melville, and Louis Malle.
