About the event
The first colour photograph in the world was made using black and white film. And that is exactly what we will do in this one day workshop. And much more.
• Learn the fundamentals of black and white film. • Learn the basics of developing and apparatus • Get an understanding of how colour filters interact with black and white • Go in-depth about RGB colour systems and how they’re all around us • Shoot slides and use them in a slide projector • Learn how to use projectors as performance devices
Come with an open mind because our idea is to work together as a group to come up with photochemical imagination within the technique that we’ll explore. Who knows, maybe we discover a brand new image.
