90days in 90min: preparedness amid agentic AI risks

How do you prepare your organization if chances are better than even that within 90 days a serious AI-enabled disruption impacts your organization (directly or through a supplier you don't control)?
If you are part of a leadership team, work in infosec or risk management, or in a critical infrastructure/industries, this workshop is for you. Under Chatham House Rules, you will:
1. test your working grasp of critical parts of your security posture 2. review facts on what has shifted in the risk landscape in the last 6-12 weeks 3. reflect on risk mitigation with other leaders and security practitioners 4. clarify which four things you close first, to make the next 90 days a non-event
The workshop lasts 90 minutes, we will allow 6.00-6:15 to let people find the Mezzanine Room 2, and greet each other. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the Boston Public Library study rooms.
• Bring: a pen, and your phone or a laptop for the final 18 minutes only. No API key, no Python, no setup. If you can name your identity provider and roughly how many vendors you depend on, you have everything you need. Bonus points for shared direct experiences. • No vendor. This is a free workshop, nothing sold, no organization to join. Materials are original and shared openly: take copies, copy or fork them, run this at your own staff meeting, no attribution required.
