A gathering : For Artists Who Miss Their Inner Circle

If you are reading this, you probably know the feeling of being surrounded by art in Vienna, yet feeling completely isolated from a community that truly speaks your language. I am a musician who came from a background where the artistic circle was our second family. I’m not here to start just another social club; I want to recreate that genuine artistic collective—a place where we don’t just talk about art, but where art is the foundation of our connection. What we’ll do: We'll be meeting in a relaxed atmosphere, while still having a clear direction to guide our conversation:

1. Our Backgrounds: Sharing our artistic journeys and the specific community vibe we feel is missing. 2. The Viennese Scene: A candid talk about our struggles and experiences as creatives in this city. 3. Our Next Steps: Discussing what we actually want to build together in future meetups.

So, no stiff formal atmosphere, just a real, focused conversation among peers. Looking ahead: We’ve now had two meetups, and both have confirmed that there really are people in Vienna looking for this kind of artistic community. Some of us have already started getting to know each other, but the circle is still very new—and we would love to meet new people and keep expanding it naturally. So if you haven’t joined us before, this meetup is just as much for you. You don’t need to know anyone, and you don’t need to have attended the previous gatherings. Just come as you are, meet some fellow creatives, share your story, and hopefully become part of the community we’re slowly building together.
