See it. Feel it. Create it: Visualization 🧘🏼‍♀️🎨

🧘🎨 See it. Feel it. Create it.

A Guided Visualization & Intuitive Painting Experience • 1 Hour

What if you could pause for one hour, step away from the noise of everyday life, and connect with the version of yourself you’re becoming?

Join us for a gentle and creative experience combining guided visualization, mindfulness, and intuitive painting.

During this one-hour session, you’ll be guided to close your eyes, slow down, and imagine yourself somewhere in the future - not focusing on what you should achieve, but on what it might feel like to be there.

🎨 From visualization to canvas

After the guided visualization, you’ll bring elements of your experience onto paper or canvas through intuitive painting and creative expression.

You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need painting experience. In fact, there is no expectation to create something “beautiful” or technically perfect.

Instead, we’ll explore color, shapes, movement, textures, and symbols as a way of expressing what you experienced during the visualization.

⸻

✨ Come to explore, not to perform. 🎨 No artistic skills needed. 🧘 No meditation experience needed. 🌿 Just bring yourself and an open mind.
