About the event

Structured course for adults and older adults interested in learning guitar in an accessible and enjoyable way. Beyond technical instruction, it uses musical practice to develop cognition, motor coordination, socialization, self-esteem, memory and emotional well-being. The inclusive methodology respects individual learning pace, values life experience and emotional repertoire, and fosters collective interaction.
